Since I first heard that Dolly Parton collaborated with Duncan Hines to create cake mixes and icings, I knew this product review would happen.  Of course I'm going to try Dolly's coconut cake (https://www.duncanhines.com/dollys-southern-favorites/cake-mix/dolly-partons-southern-style-coconut-flavored-cake-mix)!  The cake was easy to prepare, fluffy, delicious, and made the entire house smell amazing.  The recipe on the box recommends using two cake pans to create a beautiful, taller cake.  I used a 9x13 dish for convenience. If you're a coconut lover, you'll love this mix.  The icing paired well with the cake and wasn't overly sweet.  If you're not familiar with this mix, check out the baking aisle at your local grocery store.  Duncan Hines and Dolly Parton partnered to create not only a coconut cake mix but a banana pudding cake mix, as well.  The next time you're at the grocery store, be sure to grab one of Dolly's delicious desserts for your next potluck or gathering!
